01The seller and these terms

Your seller is Niraj Kumar, trading as NXStudio Lab, at Kuba Khurd, Post Sakteshgarh, Chunar Road, District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh 231304, India. Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern use of nxstudio.in and purchases made directly from us.

The Refunds & Cancellations, Digital Delivery and Product License policies form part of the purchase terms. Privacy and Cookies explain our data practices. Any specific product license or written agreement clearly supplied before purchase takes priority on that subject. A product listing cannot remove rights that the law makes mandatory.

02Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to create an account or purchase. Provide accurate details and use an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and telling us promptly about suspected misuse. Do not share an account or another person's download access.

03Products, prices and payment

We sell digital products, including eBooks and templates. Review the description, included files, format, software requirements and license before paying. Product examples and previews do not promise a particular financial, educational or productivity outcome.

The checkout displays the amount and currency payable, including the stated tax treatment. Our current checkout uses INR and one-time payments through Razorpay; it does not create an automatic subscription. Prices can change for future orders without changing a completed order. Payment must be successfully captured and verified before access is granted.

Submitting a payment attempt is not proof of successful payment. We may decline an unpaid order, or cancel an order we cannot lawfully fulfil, including a clear pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel after collecting payment without supplying the purchase, the amount collected will be refunded. We do not impose a cancellation penalty on you.

04Delivery and acceptance

By affirmatively agreeing at checkout, you accept the displayed purchase terms and request digital delivery after payment confirmation. Downloads or template access are provided through your account. Email delivery may be delayed; your account library is the primary access point.

Our default license is personal use only. A purchase provides permission to use the product, not ownership of its copyright or a right to distribute it. Refund eligibility is explained in the Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Requesting immediate delivery alone does not waive any statutory cancellation right unless the applicable legal requirements for a waiver have actually been met.

05Responsible use

• Do not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share products, download links or account access without permission.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt systems, use stolen payment details, or make dishonest orders or claims.
• Post only honest reviews based on your own experience. Do not publish confidential information, unlawful material or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• You keep ownership of your original review text. By submitting it, you allow us to display it with the public reviewer name and moderate it for relevance, abuse or privacy. We do not acquire ownership of your work.

06Support, updates and third-party services

We provide reasonable assistance with access and problems in supplied files. Customisation, installation, coaching, future editions and new features are included only when expressly stated in the listing. Keep your own backup of downloaded files. A perpetual license to a downloaded copy is not a promise of permanent hosting or unlimited support; express purchase commitments still apply.

Third-party apps such as Notion may require a separate account or plan and have their own terms. We are not affiliated with those providers unless expressly stated. Their availability or later changes are outside our control, but this does not excuse our obligation to provide a product matching the description at purchase.

07Responsibility and limitations

Our educational products provide general information, not individual legal, medical, tax, investment or other professional advice. Use your judgment and seek qualified advice where appropriate. We do not guarantee particular earnings or results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits caused by use outside the agreed product purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability, warranty or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded. We do not use these terms to excuse defective products, misrepresentation or failure to supply.

08Complaints and disputes

Contact [email protected] with your order reference and concern. Niraj Kumar is the proprietor and contact for customer grievances, at the business address below. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month; any shorter statutory deadline takes priority.

Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction remain available. We do not require you to waive chargeback rights, accept compulsory private arbitration, or give up access to a competent consumer authority.

09Changes and suspension

We may restrict access to investigate a credible security threat, fraudulent payment or license breach. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to respond. This does not cancel valid consumer remedies or allow us to confiscate a legitimate purchase arbitrarily.

Changes to terms apply prospectively from the version date; they do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an earlier purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
