Digital Delivery Policy

01No physical shipping

Our products are digital downloads or online template links. We do not ship printed books, parcels or physical media for these listings. There is no courier, tracking number or shipping fee. The business address is for correspondence, not for returning digital products.

02When access becomes available

Access is normally activated automatically shortly after payment has been captured and verified. An attempted, pending or failed payment does not unlock a product. Bank confirmation, security checks, network problems or service interruptions can delay activation; we cannot guarantee delivery within an exact number of seconds.

Your purchased products appear in My Library after signing in with the purchase account. We also send transaction or access emails where applicable. If an email is missing, check spam and your account library first. A delayed email does not necessarily mean your purchase is unavailable.

03Downloading and using your purchase

Reasonable security or download limits may apply to prevent abuse. A security block or expired link does not itself remove a valid license; contact us for help with legitimate access.

• Sign in to the account used at checkout and open My Library. Follow the access instructions for the product.
• File downloads require an authorised session. Temporary download links can expire; generate a fresh link in your account rather than sharing it.
• For templates, follow the supplied destination link and the third-party app's duplication or access instructions. A separate app account or subscription may be required if stated in the listing.
• Check the listed formats and software requirements. Keep a backup of your downloaded files for personal use; do not upload them to a shared or public drive.

04Paid, but cannot find your product?

Check your orders and use “Already paid? Check payment” if offered. If access is still missing, email [email protected] with your order number and payment reference. Do not pay again simply to fix an access problem.

We will investigate, restore delivery or provide an appropriate remedy under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law. If the wrong email was used, contact us so we can verify ownership safely; we cannot transfer access based on an unverified request.

05Updates and ongoing access

Your purchase includes what was described when you bought it. Future editions, new products and custom work are not automatically included. A license to keep using a downloaded copy does not guarantee permanent hosting, unlimited downloads or indefinite third-party app availability. We will honour any specific ongoing-access or update promise included with your purchase and any mandatory legal obligations.
